Playa Caracol is proud to announce its new hotel: The Radisson Riviera Panama. Located within this growing beach community, this new hospitality option for the country’s Pacific coast represents a great boon for the local community and for Panama’s tourist industry.
The Radisson Riviera Panamá was designed to provide affordable luxury experiences aimed towards families, couples and travelers who wish to enjoy the beach in comfort and style.
It offers 92 rooms with seaside views, restaurants with local and international cuisines, private event halls, a fully equipped gym and spa, as well as beachside pools and exclusive rest areas.
Guests can also access all of Playa Caracol’s amenities, such as watersports, local tours, sport fishing, whale watching, hiking up Cerro Chame, surf lessons, and much more. Part of this new Radisson’s charm is that it allows you to experience both the natural surroundings and culture of its wonderful location in the Punta Chame area.
The Radisson Riviera Panama is part of the Choice Hotels franchise, one of the biggest hotel groups in the world, who was already present in tourist-bound Panama. The project was a joint venture between this hotel chain and Grupo Los Pueblos (GLP), the country’s biggest real estate developer and creators of Playa Caracol, together with the support of Onirius Hospitality Advisors.
Besides the $19M investment to execute the project, this hotel will have a positive impact on the local community, generating over 250 direct and indirect jobs, an important contribution the Chame’s economy. Both Choice Hotels and GLP share a commitment to strengthen the communities where they operate, providing work opportunities and promoting professional growth for local residents.
“We are proud to officially launch the Radisson Riviera Panama together with Choice Hotels, a joint venture that allows us to provide world-class services in a natural and authentic environment,” commented Alfredo Alemán, GLP’s CEO. The goal for this hotel is to become the new benchmark for tourism along Panama’s Pacific coast, bringing in more visitors and contributing to the country’s development.
